On March 18, 2020, Larry Casey’s article, “Current Recommendations to Accounting Firms During the Evolving COVID-19 Pandemic,” was published by the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA). In the article, Larry outlines ways employers might handle the COVID-19 pandemic while remaining compliant with employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), OSHA regulations and state leave laws.
